Anti-Nationals Talk: All Waste Of Your Time?

Anti-nationalism is not a song, it is a desperate cry

Anti-Nationals talk and Antinationalism is like bad manners. It insults the right minded people and stops any collective effort from progressing. Antinationals are those persons who do not talk the same language as the patriot. Their actions and expressions point away from India and collective Indian effort.

All happenings at JNU and Anti-Nationals

In the normal course, people in the limelight are seen as shining examples of leadership – they set the trend and show the way to behave for the common man. Naturally happenings at JNU seemed unearthly to many people. The fact that the netas utilize the passions and beliefs of the people for garnering votes is well known. The vote bank in India can be split into the significant three – backward classes, Muslim vote bank and the Hindu segment. But somehow the incident did not seem to have a political flavour.

Look at it this way. Hindus do not have any opposition since they do not seek any favours. When there is an election, the dadas seek the favour of the bigger vote bank which is the backward class and the Muslim votes. The Hindu votes will sometimes go in favour and cause big wins for the party like in the case of AAP win in Delhi and sometimes the party will win solely on the votes of the other two like the Lok Sabha elections where Modi government won solidly. JNU did not seem to be pointed at a political cause in any way.

The give and take relationship has always dominated all relationships including political affiliations. More than the heart, it is the pocket that has dominated the social standing of people. Where the money is, the feet and hand goes. There is nothing wrong with this since money is in hands of a select few who choose to disburse it as they see fit.

Looking at the government which is planning big efforts like joining river basins and setting up solar power installations on a massive scale keeps hopes of people alive. However, talk of sedition and secessionism especially with respect to the region of Jammu and Kashmir has always kept the pot of unrest bubbling. It is our duty to anticipate dirty actions from dirty people. When two people entered JNU and created havoc, the people who have to face the music are Indians. Put it down to the smaller man who does not have the time, talent or cannot spare the effort to make civilized conversation with the bigger man.

It is the duty of the bigger man to help the smaller man in any manner he can. Anti-Nationals and Anti-nationalism is not a song, it is a desperate cry for help.
