Some part of the breakfast is used to generate glucose which is taken away by the brain and it helps the brain to work. When you skip your Breakfast there is no glucose generated for brain and thus brain cannot function properly. If you do it on regular basis, the brain will be under glucose deficiency which will create a lot of diseases.

SMOKING

Many students are prone to smoking today while is not good for the brain. Our Brain takes a lot of oxygen from the body and when you smoke, you are giving carbon in the high ratio which is damaging brain cells and creating multiple brain diseases like brain cancer also. You can avoid smoking by consulting to a good doctor and sharing our experience with him. There are many chewing gums that help you avoid smoking.

LESS WATER CONSUMPTION

As Told previously, Oxygen is important for brain and water is the best source to provide it. Consuming less water will surely get the brain in a worse condition. So, keep drinking water to pump oxygen in the brain and produce new brain cells for better concentration.

WORKING IN NOISE POLLUTION

Your brain needs to concentrate and it won’t be able to concentrate while hearing a disturbance in the surrounding and this will increase stress and damage brain cells ultimately.
