Whether you are a student of class 10th and giving the boards first time or you are studying in class 12th and already faced the Boards in previous year there is the mixed feeling of fear and excitement which you can notice easily. It is very normal thing if you are a little nervous about it But no need to be over stressed as there is nothing to worry about. We are sharing the tips from toppers and experts which will help you in the preparations and to score the best marks you can.

Tips for students:

  • You must prepare a list of all important formulae and concepts for quick revisions.
  • To understand the usage of the formulas you must practice every question of your NCERT books.
  • NCERTs are the best and must for your preparations so give your time to NCERT books for studying as you will experience that previous paper has direct questions from NCERT books, also practice questions from other books( If you really want to)
  • Do not shy and express your doubts, clear them as soon as possible from your teachers or tutors or take help from your elders
  • Try every topic and try to solve all NCERT questions and solved examples
  • Do Revise and Practice as much as you can it will make sure you stay in touch with the concepts
  • Try to solve Papers (previous or mocks) in a given interval of time. It will help you with the answer writing and you will be able to attempt all the questions in a period of 3 hours successfully.
  • Do not be a lazy person and do not try skipping any topic, try completing the syllabus thoroughly

Physics

  • Concepts of the subject and formulas are really important..
  • Try to solve every theorem without any guide book. It will help you in Exams.
  • Previous year papers and mocks will be very helpful..

Chemistry

  • Try to remember the reactions using various self made tricks
  • Numerical are important too so do not forget the formulas.
  • Use suitable figures and diagrams related to the topic to score better than others.

Biology

  • In this subject the Handwriting, Presentations and Diagrams will fetch you more marks.
  • Important definitions and the Terminologies must be in your mind as the subject is mostly theory.
  • Do not left any question blank. Yes do try to answer as much you know about it.

Mathematics

  • Math is fun and scoring subject both at the same time. So do practice a lot.
  • Try to use short tricks (if thought by your teacher) to save the calculations.
  • Try attempting whole paper as every step will fetch you marks.
  • Practice to avoid the silly mistakes.

History

  • History contains facts and figures so try to enjoy it as story book. Imagine the events and their results while reading it will help you to memorize them accurately.
  • Do not try to edit it which means try to remember the facts as it is. Your creativity can ruin the whole answer.
  • Keep the answer simple and straight forward.

Geography

  • Do a lot of map-pointing
  • It is a technical subject so try to understand the basics first.
  •  NCERTs are the best to follow.
